What is MsgSave?
MsgSave is an email archive software add-in for Window versions of Microsoft Outlook allowing the bulk saving of selected email messages, folders or the entire Inbox to any drive or location on your PC or network.
Once installed, MsgSave sits unobtrusively on the Outlook toolbar, looking just like one of the standard buttons.

MsgSave can be utilised as an Outlook backup tool. This allows you to save individual emails, all messages within a folder or optionally any messages in sub-level folders. The selected messages are automatically saved using a configurable naming convention based around the message details.
MsgSave can delete saved messages from your email folders; so it's easy to keep track of your progress. It will also warn you of any duplicated saves, which you can keep or delete.
Our users have reported time savings of up to 6 hours per week using MsgSave against saving each message manually. If you do need to get the messages back into Outlook you can simply import email by using drag and drop from Windows Explorer into the folder of your choice! All content, subject lines and attachments will appear exactly as they originally were before the email was saved.

Configure it how you want it!
MsgSave allows you to save your emails using any combination of the optional fields below, so you can rapidly export your messages using a naming convention that will help you locate your saved email at a later date. You can select the date format you prefer, as well as the delimiter used.
You can also configure save information for individual Outlook folders which MsgSave will remember next time you save that folder. If you repeatedly save messages in a mail folder to the same place on disk, you can set up MsgSave to remember this. Then, at the click of a button, you can quickly save email from the folders you use regularly.
