Love the product, I had reached the stage of desperation with a 385meg file due to all these carefully filed e-mail messages and huge attachments. They are now all safely out of Outlook and burned onto a CD out of harms way. My file is now a much more reasonable 17megs.

I've been looking for a piece of software to quickly back up my emails for ages with no success. A friend recommended MsgSave yesterday and I'm so impressed with it I've decided to buy it already.

A while ago my PC died, taking my hard drive with it and although I had recently backed up my data files to CD, I had never backed up my email. I lost a good six months worth of important email that day. I came across MsgSave by chance and decided to give it a try as saving fifty emails a week individually is both time consuming and a real pain. Now I save and back up all my emails to CD once a week and it only takes me a couple of minutes. I'd urge everyone to back up their email regularly and MsgSave is probably the quickest and most reliable way to do it.

At last! An effective way of saving company email to a central network folder with a standard naming convention. I'd lost track of the number of hours I must have wasted renaming files and reminding staff to use the preferred file name. It really has made a huge difference to both saving and retrieving emails.

Loads of my colleagues use their PDAs to transfer email between their home and office PCs and admittedly I almost bought one for that reason too. However I recently came across your website and figured I'd give MsgSave a try. I've been using MsgSave to copy emails to my 64-meg Disgo for a week now and it's great! Not only is it much smaller than my friends' PDAs, I can store more messages, I don't have to worry about whether or not I have enough memory to store large attachments and I don't have to mess around with cradles and tiny screens.
